**What you will be doing**
- End-to-end case management of ER issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management concerns.
- Providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on ER matters, ensuring compliance with workplace laws and company policies.
- Conducting workplace investigations and making recommendations for resolution in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of ER cases and ensuring timely resolution.
- Developing and reviewing ER/IR policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with evolving legal frameworks.
- Keeping abreast of legislative and governance changes to provide proactive recommendations on matters, including enterprise agreements, modern award interpretation, and Fair Work Act and any other governance or legislative body.
- Partnering with the People team, managers, and leadership teams to build ER/IR capability across the business.

You will also have completed tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a related field.
This role would suit someone who is a natural communicator, has exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent problem-solving skills aligned to managing complex ER/IR matters.
