This role would suit an individual with a HR or legal background who has experience managing multi-site locations that are geographically dispersed. Experience in retail, hospitality, or health sectors will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Achieve

This is your chance to shape the future of workplace relations at Levande by:

- Leading Employee & Industrial Relations: Solve complex challenges, conduct workplace investigations, and ensure compliance with Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Providing Expert ER/IR Guidance: Support and guide leaders through enterprise agreement interpretations, policy compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Empowering Leaders: Coach and support managers to foster high-performing, accountable teams.
- Driving Cultural Excellence: Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Optimising Workforce Planning: Help leaders build and retain talent while achieving resource efficiency.
- Innovating Through Change: Implement impactful change programs and collaborate on company-wide P&C initiatives.

With a client group of 300 people, you’ll work closely with Centres of Excellence to deliver tailored HR and ER solutions.

What We’re Looking For

You’re an expert in Employee and Industrial Relations, bringing:

- 8–10 years of experience in HR, ER, or a legal role, specialising in employee and industrial relations across multi-site environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex ER cases, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience working in industries with multi-site, geographically dispersed workforces (e.g., retail, hospitality, or health).
- Strong ability to coach and influence leaders to foster accountability and performance.
- A passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Law, or a related field (highly desirable).
