**About the opportunity**
Be the local face of Bolton Clarke and actively engage with community groups, aged care providers, and other relevant stakeholders while representing Bolton Clarke developing partnerships with local businesses and organisations to support client acquisition.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to connect with potential clients
- Facilitate introductions and provide information about Bolton Clarke’s services to prospective clients and their families
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key community groups, aged care service providers, and influencers to support client recruitment
- Implement strategic outreach initiatives to connect with potential clients and referral sources

**We would love to hear from you if you have**
- Experience in community outreach, client attraction, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience in sales, negotiation, and converting leads to drive growth
- Own driver’s licence
- Up-to-date Flu vaccinations or willing to obtain
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
