**The Role**:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated **Community Services Assistant** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to a variety of community programs, help manage client interactions, and assist with administrative tasks. As a **Community Services Assistant**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our programs run smoothly, clients receive excellent care, and The Well Team continues to build a strong, connected community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Support**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing guidance, and helping them access our services.
- **Program Support**: Assist in the planning, organization, and delivery of community programs and events, ensuring they meet the needs of participants.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Help maintain accurate client records, manage appointments, perform data entry, and support the day-to-day operations of the office.
- **Community Outreach**: Participate in community outreach activities, engaging with local organizations, and promoting The Well Team’s services to foster stronger relationships.
- **Field Work**: Travel to client sites or community events using a **company vehicle**, ensuring seamless client care and program support.
