**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Communication and Engagement Officer to join a team driving innovative policy, programs and projects to make a difference.

**About the Role**
- Undertake research and synthesise findings to support the development of communication and engagement initiatives, strategies, processes and protocols with consideration of implications, such as stakeholder reaction, risk and risk mitigations.
- Provide technical advice and review the design and development of information resources including a range of print and digital resources to meet Departmental standards, and stakeholder and Directorate needs.
- Analyse user requirements and consult internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop appropriate communication solutions to meet stakeholder needs and to provide information about the Directorate’s programs and services.
- Coordinate the writing, editing and updating of content for the Directorate’s communication and engagement materials to inform the sector and other stakeholders.
- Manage the development of a range of resources and templates in accordance with Departmental standards to ensure quality and relevant information is used across platforms.
- Prepare quality evidence-based written reports, submissions and correspondence.

**About You**
- Experience in driving communication initiatives in a large organisation
- Ability to deliver high-quality work and manage completing priorities
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders and have excellent communication skills
