As a Customer Support Officer you will answer inbound calls from customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer solutions. You will navigate through multiple systems, whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone, and confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues. Don’t worry - we will teach you everything

**Job Description**:
**What you need to know**:

- Hybrid work after probation
- Base Salary of $50,500 plus Super and a Monthly Incentive Structure
- Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday - Sunday (shifts are 7.6 hours, work 5 days per week). Operating 6am-8pm for full rotation or 6am-4pm for our early rotation.
- ** WFH Flexibility**:First week of training will be conducted on-site. Thereafter you will operate on a work-from-home model. _On-site requirements will be circumstantial._
- Earn a Cert III in Business
