We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager Property & Maintenance to join Windana on a permanent full-time basis. The role will be based at our Wellington St office in St Kilda and you will be required to work onsite, regular travel will also be required to our other sites therefore a valid driver licence will be essential.

**The Role**

The Manager Property & Maintenance is responsible for all facets of facility and fleet management at Windana and will require a high degree of autonomy. In addition to managing the business-as-usual functions of asset management and maintenance, this position will manage multiple smaller capital works and refurbishment projects. Although larger capital works projects will usually entail the engagement of a dedicated project manager, this role will provide oversight for such projects.

**Who we're looking for**

**The person we're looking for will have**:

- More than 5 years' experience in facilities management, project management or similar field
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external resources
- A self-starter with demonstrated success in business partnering and communication skills with business counterparts to achieve outcomes
- Sound business case development skills and ability to produce financial and progress reports on projects and ongoing operations and maintenance
- Qualifications in facilities management, project management or similar field
