The Role:
+ Complete Rent Reviews

+ Understand Legislation

+ Repairs and Maintenance

+ Oversee renovations

+ Routine Inspections of tenanted properties

+ Complete Entry and Exit Reports

+ Maintain Arrears

+ Building Relationships with landlords and nurturing new tenants

+ Monday - Friday role

Skills and Experience:
This role allows you to focus on managing your neatly kept portfolio without the need to cover any accounts or weekend work in a well-supported team that really cares.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Marys, NSW 2760: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
