**Primary Purpose**
- Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties & generate portfolio growth through Client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. While an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you, if you can show us that you can build strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Property Manager you will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Debtor management
- Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
- Working with the Sweeney's team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
- Proactively advises customers of any impending delivery issues and devises strategies to minimise adverse customer adverse tenants’ reaction.
- Resolve tenants’ issues timely and effectively.
- Knowledge and understanding of tenants trade agreements, ensure pricing and discounting hierarchy adherence.
- Ensure tenants requests are investigated and processed timely and in accordance with the company Policy and Procedure.
- Manage daily telephone enquiries and assist with reception relief as required.
- Work in accordance with tenants processes as devised and managed by the team leader.
- Work with the team on continuous improvement of processes.
**Key Experience and Attributes**
- Have excellent communication, organisational, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Have local connections or can build relationships quickly
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Area a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
- Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Have previous experience as a Property Manager
- Possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
- Hold an agent rep certificate
**General Knowledge**
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Annual Package based on experience.
- Immediate Start
- St Albans
- No Weekends
- 90% of Properties are in Western Area.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
