**Role**: Contact Centre Representative
**Location**:Newstead
**Rate**:$29.85 + Super
**Hours**: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri
**Operating Hours**:8am - 7pm AEST / 8am - 8pm AEDT

**Start Date**:3rd February 2025

**What We Offer**:

- **Supported Induction**: Start with 6 weeks training (including a 2-week classroom experience and a 4-week hands-on nesting period with our expert trainer and coach)
- **Remote Working for Late Shifts**:
All late shifts (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm AEST / 12pm-8pm AEDT) are fully remote, allowing you to work from home. To support this, you'll need a suitable ergonomic home setup, including dual screens, a reliable high-speed internet connection, a computer or laptop, and a quiet workspace.
**Note**: Shifts between 8am and 5:30pm will initially be worked from the office, with the option to transition to a hybrid model after 3 months.
