Are you skilled at coordinating technical changes in complex IT environments? We’re looking for a **Technical Change Coordinator** to play a key role in managing IT system changes with mínimal disruption to business operations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate change intent, impact, and risk
- Schedule and document changes in the official change calendar
- Prepare and distribute technical change plans and readiness steps
- Monitor change execution, validate implementation, and manage escalations
- Support post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement

**What we’re looking for**:

- Familiarity with **ITIL and DCAM frameworks**:

- Knowledge of **Incident and Problem Management** principles
- Strong **communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills**:

- Experience driving **continuous improvement** through post-implementation reviews
- ** Security clearance required**: minimum NV2, TSPV preferred
