**The Agile Change Coordinator** is responsible for managing and facilitating changes within the organization to ensure smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions. This role involves working closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to implement changes effectively and efficiently. The Agile Change Coordinator will develop change management plans, assess risks, and provide support to staff during the transition period.

Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Planning:

- Develop and manage detailed change management plans, including tasks, resources, and timeframes.
- Work closely with project managers and teams to understand the implications of proposed changes.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

- Assess risks and potential impacts associated with proposed changes.
- Devise and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Coordination and Implementation:

- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change implementation, addressing any issues or risks that arise.

Communication and Training:

- Facilitate communication between different stakeholders and teams to ensure everyone is informed about the change and its impacts.
- Provide training and support to staff affected by the change to help them adapt.

Evaluation and Documentation:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of changes once implemented and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain documentation of all change management activities for future reference and auditing purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Preferred Skills:

- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
