**About the role**

Lead and coordinate the ICU and Deteriorating education teams to provide contemporary, evidence-based education that includes tertiary learners to ensure best care is provided. Provide leadership and guidance to the teams. Demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and uses excellent interpersonal skills to consult with internal and external stakeholders. Work with educational leadership team to provide support in organisational roll outs. Be the educational lead on the WH Deteriorating Patient Committee. Be proactive, inivative and a supportive role model.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and coordination to team members
- Develop educational content that is evidence-based, relevant and developed on the foundation of educational theory
- Support and professionally develop thier team : Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical support nurses
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to inform education such as the Deteriorating Patient Committee and Universities for Post Graduate Courses

**About you**:

- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in Critical Care area
- Post Graduate Qualification in Critical Care
- ARC 2 qualified
- Working towards or completed Masters qualification in Advanced Nursing/Education
