Events & Education Coordinator

**OBJECTIVE**:
Provide efficient and effective support to Straumann Australia and the ITI Australasian Section for all training and education events. Co-ordinate event promotion and administration in conjunction with the events coordinator.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administer general education function
- Liaise regularly with the Clinical and T&E Team and Sales Specialists to arrange appropriate events and education courses
- Identify, file and followup KOL agreements and payments
- Administer KOL program
- Manage the skill platform along with the events coordinator
- Promote events through social media, eblasts and sales reps
- Follow up participants
- Measure success of education programs though surveys
- Prepare and distribute course information and mail to appropriate dental segments.
- Update and utilise customer database for marketing of training and education courses.
- Oversee resource planning including event logistics, manpower, materials, program, literature, handouts, certificates etc
- Coordinate and develop a protocol for Straumann training events.
- Liaise with events and marketing coordinator for course collateral as required.
- Update and maintain the Company training and education calendar.
- Coordinate referral evening program
- Work with sales specialists to ensure a referral evening program is implemented in line with marketing plan
- Deliver referral evening program to high standard and within budget as set for each event
- Provide administrative support for International Team for Implantology in Australia and New Zealand
- Provide administrative support to the Chairperson and Education Delegate of the ITI Australasian Section as required
- Undertake and maintain administration of the ITI AS membership database
- Prepare and distribute course information and mail to appropriate dental segments.
- Update and utilise customer database for marketing of training and education courses.
- Oversee resource planning including event logistics, manpower, materials, program, literature, handouts, certificates and scorecards etc
- Coordinate invoicing and coding against budget for all training and education events ensuring events are run within budget.
- Manage the coordination of all major ITI events and exhibitions
- Manage ITI payments and approvals
- Promote ITI study clubs
- Follow up sales reps to assist ITI Social Media coordinator
- Reconcile expenses to budget
- Additional duties as required.
