Are you a social media whiz with a knack for strategy and storytelling? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead KPMG Australia's social media presence to new heights. In this exciting role, you’ll report to the Content Lead and work with fantastic teams creating captivating campaigns that resonate across platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

**Your Opportunity**
- Create social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and KPMG strategic pillars Schedule, monitor and report on social media activity
- working with team to streamline workflow
- Execute compelling organic social campaigns and collaborate with agency on paid activity
- Provide regular reporting and insights for continuous improvement
- Shape campaign strategies with your innovative ideas
- Educate stakeholders on social media best practices
- Roll out advocacy programs and produce training guides
- Oversee community management of social media accounts and handle escalations
- Monitor and address issues impacting the KPMG brand
- Ensure compliance with risk policies in content posting

**Your Experience**

- Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior social media role.
- Experience in reporting, analytics, and social media advertising.
