**About the role**

Our client works in a small team to increase both brand awareness and engagement for their large variety of franchise owners. The team collaborates to produce the most innovative ideas and create captivating content.

You’ll be responsible for managing all socials, creating posts and creative content using SMM management systems and leading our social media content strategy across our exciting digital campaigns.

**What you will do**
- Produce social content.
- Improve audience engagement and reach.
- Develop insights/reports to shape our ongoing social media strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will take charge of creating, writing and scheduling all social media content across all pages and community groups.
- Create engaging and targeted content.
- Develop and manage bespoke content across our social media pages using our CRM (Sales Force) ticketing system.
- Manage and schedule social media content using SMM systems.
- Assist and support our amazing new business owners in creating all social media pages.
- Keep up to date with current social media trends and best practices, and conduct research into current trends and major influencers.
- Run social media advertising campaigns.
- Create content for EDMs, newsletters and bespoke requests.
- Take corporate headshots and photos at corporate events.
- Create funnels for social media ad campaigns / landing pages etc.
- Track, report and evaluate social media insights and metrics for continuous improvement.

**About you**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field **(desired)**.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Keyword and SEO experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
- Experience with Hootsuite, Sociamonials, and Trello.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
