impactful brand presence.

Our Communications Team plays a pivotal role in shaping Eightcap’s brand, driving engagement,
and ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels. Through strategic brand positioning,
performance marketing, and automated CRM initiatives, we are enhancing client retention and
acquisition while expanding our B2B reach. Working closely with CRM, creative, and compliance
teams, we continuously refine the client and partner experience while staying ahead in the
fast-evolving financial landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Eightcap’s global social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging, engagement,
and alignment with brand communications strategy.
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms, maintaining consistency
with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through a mix of organic content and paid
campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages to foster a
positive and interactive environment.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine content
strategy and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop and execute creative social media
campaigns and promotional activities.
- Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and
multimedia content.
- Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure a steady, timely flow of posts across all
channels.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and
recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices to enhance content
reach and engagement.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity, strategy, and
execution

**Who are you?**
- Experience working in the fintech or trading industry or trading, with an understanding of the specific social media strategies that drive engagement in this space.
- Familiarity with a wide range of social media platforms, including Meta, X, and LinkedIn, and the ability to tailor content strategies for each.
- Expertise in creating and editing multimedia content, working with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators
- In-depth knowledge of platform algorithm updates and best practices for optimising content reach and engagement.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and refine social media campaigns and performance
