**The opportunity**

This role will see you responsible for the day-to-day operation and people management of the team. As an experience Team Leader you will focus on consultant development, quality service, as well as maintain a genuine care culture for our employees and members.

Alongside your responsibility for the day-to-day operations and people management, you will also provide support through coaching, mentoring, team meetings, training, performance reviews & appraisals whilst driving and maintaining a happy and collaborative work culture.

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.

As a natural leader with a passion for developing and leading a team, you do your best work when you are helping people achieve their best. In addition to these qualities, you will have the following:

- Proven ability to train, coach, motivate and provide feedback
- Facilitation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Call Centre Fundamentals
- Passion and drive for continuous improvement
