- PoV 5 - $106,534 - $128,897 base salary range
- A new Parliamentary Officer Enterprise Agreement is being negotiated. It is anticipated that the salary range for this role will increase potentially to $109,730 to $132,764.
**About the role**
As the Team Leader, Member Services you will oversee a small team that is responsible for providing advice to Members in relation to each of their Electorate Office and Communications Budgets and take accountability as a delegate for compliance checking of all claims.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the Member Services Team to ensure the relevant Officer's compliance obligations with respect to Member's use of and reporting against their Electorate Office and Communications Budget (EO&C Budget) meet the requirements of the _Parliamentary Salaries and Superannuation Act 1968_.
- Provide authoritative and accurate advice to Members of Parliament and key stakeholders on matters relating to Members' EO&C Budgets.
- Provide high level customer support to Members of Parliament and electorate officers by acting as a point of contact for support in relation to all other DPS services
**About you**
If you have experience in grant writing or managing compliance, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
You will ideally also have experience in managing, developing and mentoring a team, alongside:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed research and writing skills, and a demonstrated ability to prepare timely, clear and concise written reports
- Demonstrated administrative, organisational and time management skills
