**Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR)**
- Cold Calling | Flexible Pay | Growth-Focused Role_

**Bloom Dots**, a fast-growing marketing and media agency, is on the lookout for a proactive and energetic **Part-Time Sales Development Representative** to help drive our next phase of growth. If you're passionate about communication, love making connections, and want to grow your career in sales — this might be the perfect role for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Cold Call Warm Leads**: Reach out to potential clients using lead lists we provide. Your goal is to open conversations and spark interest.
- **Qualify Leads**: Ask smart questions to understand their needs and determine if they’re a good fit for our services.
- **Book Meetings**: Schedule follow-ups or sales calls with senior team members. (As you grow, you’ll start running these meetings yourself.)
- **Track Progress**: Keep detailed notes and use our CRM to stay organized.
- **Learn & Grow**: You’ll receive ongoing training to eventually handle full-cycle sales and close your own deals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior sales, cold calling, or customer service experience is **highly preferred**:

- Comfortable hearing “no” and bouncing back with positivity
- Reliable, self-driven, and hungry to improve
- Based in Sydney for initial onboarding (remote possible later)

**Schedule & Growth Path**
- **Start with just 2 consecutive days per week**:

- **Work in-office during onboarding**, then shift to remote once you’re confident
- **Time commitment may increase as you learn more tasks and grow into a closing role**

**Pay Structure (You Choose)**
- Option A**:Hourly base pay + low commission**:

- Option B**:No base pay + high commission**

We’ll work with you to choose the model that best suits your needs and experience level.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

**Benefits**:

- Work from home

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
