**About the Role**

We are seeking a positive and engaging Telephone Sales Representative to join our Call Centre Sales Team. This full-time role is based in Parramatta, in a brand new call centre. It's close to public transport, and we operate a 'Hybrid' working model, which means you will have the opportunity to work from home and in the office.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Receive inbound calls from potential customers and sell HCF Health and Life Insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service and answer queries customers may have about our products
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products
- Maintain accuracy and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system

**About You**
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service & sales
- Proven experience in telephone sales or telemarketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Health Insurance products and Australia's Healthcare industry is an advantage but not essential
