**Location**: Moorebank, NSW
About the Role
As the Governance, Assurance and Performance (GAP) Manager you will be reporting to the Contract Manager and providing support through a variety of key areas that ensures we provide quality service to the ADF. You will be responsible for contract management document control, security, work health & safety (WHS) IT and assurance activities.
About You
You will have extensive experience working within the defence sector and thrive in a fast and dynamic environment. Your exceptional communication skills will see you communicate effectively with both Serco and Defence personnel at various levels of the business to ensure the best outcome. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- A Baseline Security Clearance or able to obtain one
- Experience in configuration management
- Experience in Work Health and Safety and Defence Security Officer is desirable
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience working in external audits
This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
