Exciting opportunity for a Document controller to join a growing Energy company
A growing Energy producer with a focus on sustainable Energy has an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to join their team in the Perth Office to cover extended leave. As the company is growing at a rapid rate there is the opportunity to be extended or potential to move into other Departments within the business.

Your role will be, but not limited to:

- Keeping project registers up to date.
- Receive, number and load project and operational documents to the DMS
- Control and issue project and operational documentation when required.
- Ensure all documentation is approved and in the correct formatting.
- Follow instructions from the Lead Document Controller

What you will need to succeed:

- Previous document management system experience (preferably Team binder)
- Ability to work within multi-discipline engineering and operation groups
- High attention to detail.
- Share point experience advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced Ms Office suite skills.
- Comfortable working within a team and autonomously
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
