**Role Summary**:
Deliver divisional projects (including all necessary actions to plan, research, develop, draft, consult, manage, present, publish and store);
Assure program and strategy achievement;
Support delivery and capability uplift excellence and communities of practice;
Provide management information to support executive decision making.
Provide change management and communications required to ensure effective capability implementation

**Responsibility**:
Managed, Lead and Deliver Program's within the Department.
Oversee the development of the program plan and Schedule, including project dossier and program design.
Establish and maintain program governance.
Report on program progress through attendance at various boards, Committees, and ministerial briefs.
Provide analysis and advice to the program SRO on strategic and programmatic risks, issues, and trends.
Ensure achievement of program outcome, and traceability from benefits to project outputs.
