We have an exciting opportunity for a **full-time Maintenance Manager**, based at **Rouse Hill Town Centre,** one of Assetlink's significant client sites, owned by **GPT**. You will supervise the operations of the maintenance team as well as deliver a high level of presentation and maintenance standards. The successful applicant will have proven experience in managing the general maintenance of a large Shopping Centre, Commercial Building or similar large public venue.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring high levels of maintenance standards are met and exceed contract requirements.
- Managing a small team of maintenance personnel and work together with the Facilities Manager and integrated services team.
- Providing relevant training to staff on site.
- Ensuring WH&S policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintaining compliance standards and quality systems.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be considered for the position you must have the following:

- A Trade Qualification and hands on experience
- EWP Ticket is essential
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and a naturally positive attitude
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to give direction and instruction to people
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Can-do attitude with high energy
