About the role

Jjr property maintenance is seeking motivated and skilled casual garden maintenance staff to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a member of our dedicated grounds and gardens team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the pristine appearance of our clients' properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
  • Planting and caring for a variety of flowers, plants, and shrubs
  • Mulching and fertilizing garden beds
  • Clearing leaves and debris from pathways and gardens
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the team leader
  • Ensuring a high standard of work and a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in gardening or landscaping, ideally in a commercial or property maintenance setting
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual labour tasks
  • A passion for horticulture and an understanding of plant care
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
