We are looking for someone who can be the face of the business who is motivated, friendly and efficient. Someone who is always looking for ways to improve. We are seeking someone with strong business acumen and a proven track record in growing businesses profitability as well as experience in the aquatic industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Customer service
- Recruitment of staff
- Rostering for water and admin hours, as well as payroll
- Staff development/training such as quarterly meetings and ongoing coaching to make the staff the best teachers that they can be
- Create a great workplace culture that is consistent with our mission and values of the business
- Ensure that the business policies, procedures and safe work are followed at all times
- Water quality maintenance (pool operations)
- Stock management and orders
- Daily operations such as phone calls, enrolments and bookings
- Teaching hours where required
- Marketing and social media
- Customer service

Required Qualifications:

- First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR
- Qualified Swim Teacher (AUSTSWIM or equivalent)
- Working with children check
- Drivers Licence
- Pool Operations (preferred but not necessary)

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Swim teaching License (AUSTSWIM/SWIMAUST/Royal Life Saving) (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
