**About the role**

These roles are critical for maintaining a safe, reliable and efficient environment for patients, staff and visitors while ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Bachelor's degree or advanced trade qualification in Engineering or a related health field
- Proven experience in facilities management within a healthcare or complex organisational environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance standards, and OHS legislation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, particularly in high pressure situations
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
