Wentworth Healthcare work to improve health for the communities of Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow and Penrith. They work by supporting general practice, funding (or commissioning) local health services, and integrating care from the local health system.

**About the role**:
As the Program Support Officer, you will work within the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) program and will provide assistance to the Managers. You will be responsible for:

- Providing consistent and effective administrative support of program activities including commissioned service contracts
- Establishing and maintaining the system =s and processes necessary to monitor commissioned service [provider contract obligations
- supporting stakeholder advisory committees, including meetings, events, reports, and communications.
- Providing administrative support across the organisation, including reception coverage when required

**Essential requirements**:
To succeed in the role, you will have:

- A calm and mature approach to supporting executive and supervisory staff
- Proven experience in a similar administrative position
- Fantastic verbal and written communication
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, along with transferrable IT skills
- A current national police check and NSW driver's license
