The current admin person has had to go off on very short notice so we are limited on our ability to provide in depth training. Support from colleagues is available but a staff member with previous Government or sapol experience would be helpful in ability to hit the ground running.
Admin Officer
- FT Hours - asap start this week
- NPC is required
- 9-5pm with flexibility to an earlier start time
- 3 month commitment
- CBD based in office role
- AS02 LEVEL - previous Government IT systems experience is ideal
Some of the duties will be
- Corporate Credit Card payment system
- Stationary orders
- Cabcharge
- minutes of meetings that we have
- organising of confidential shredding bins
- Baseware
- Assistance to the OC of branch - TEAM LEADER
- TRIM
- Fleet management
- Some HR reports
Previous experience in areas of TEAM COORDINATOR, PA, EA or Business Support Officer is preferred.
