**Duties and responsibilities**
We have different administration roles for different companies. Some of our admin roles are more specialised than others (government, HR, Legal or Accounting & Finance). The Office Administrator can be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Report writing, collating and distributing documents
- Provide supervision and support to less experienced Receptionists and may be involved in onboarding and orientation for new starters
- Maintain an up-to-date level of information, policies and procedures
- Prepare cash payment summaries, HR documentation, Legal notes or purchasing report if the role is specialised.
**Your experience**
To excel in administration, you're a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, a great attention to detail and admin skills. To be considered with us, you can demonstrate:
- Previous experience (min. 12 months) in Administration or Reception
- Experience in Retail & Hospitality welcome
- Experience in a high-paced environment
- Computer (MS Suite) and organisational skills
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
