Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and front-desk operations
  • Handle basic administrative duties (filing, data entry, emails, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Punctual, dependable, and well-presented
