**Excellent strata manager work environment**:
You would work in our Bondi Junction office 3 days a week and work a half-day from your home. The Pro Strata office is only one block away from the the train and rail interchange at Bondi Junction.
You will be working with Karina Heinz one of the industry’s most experienced and highly regarded managers. She has over 31 years’ experience in the strata industry and has won many industry awards over the years.

All our clients are great and appreciate a manager with experience who can guide them, with a strong knowledge of the law so they can make informed decisions when required.

**Strata Manager Salary and Benefits**:
Your salary would be $700.00 for a 25 hr week, **including meetings when required**. There will be a total of approximately 21 meetings per year which run for around 1.5 hrs each. Travel requirements are limited as generally, our committees ratify decisions with a written vote meeting rather than holding face to face or even Zoom meetings.
You will be able to work half a day a week from home.
