**BFMS** is a Facilities Management subsidiary of PICA Group. We manage a broad portfolio of strata, commercial, retail and mixed-use buildings. Working with BFMS, you will be part of a unique network of industry specialists where our purpose is to enhance community living by caring for one of customers most valuable assets, their homes.

We are now seeking an Operations Administrator for work two days per week from 7:30am to 11:30am. This role would be based in a central location in Eastgate Gardens, Bondi.

**About the opportunity**
You will be responsible for supporting the Building Manager by performing administrative duties. These duties will include:

- Invoicing
- Taking phone calls and actioning them as required
- Signing in / out contractors
- Researching information for works and products and following up as requested
- Creating fobs or cancelling in access control system
- Updating residents’ details
- Liaising with residents, contractors, Strata Committee, etc.

**About you**

You’ve got some admin experience. You are interested in learning more about Building and Facilities Management. It goes without saying that you’re pretty organised.

You have a professional and friendly approach because, you know, relationships matter. You can build fantastic relationships with not only customers and with the Building Manager, you’re a team so you’ll be working together pretty closely on a 1:1 basis.

You’re eager to learn and grow not only on the job but during our monthly team training sessions. And you’re eager to be part of a team that supports one another.
