Australian Federal Government Agency has a requirement for an experienced** Portfolio analysis Specialist **in Canberra or Brisbane.

**Role Summary**:
Analyse and recommend programmatic resource prioritisation options to optimise outcomes and align effects.

Prepare submissions to enable endorsement of business capability investment portfolio.

Core expertise in portfolio analysis and investment and programmatic delivery.

Deliver (including all necessary actions to plan, research, develop, draft, consult, manage, present, publish and store);
Support the co-design the future business architecture models, processes and capability target states, based on the high-level business design model articulated in the DBIP Program Strategy;
Guide the development of the Department's business architecture and business target operating model;
Support the establishment and operation of Business Capability portfolio definition cycle and dynamic business design and improvement methodology involving analysis, selection, control, and evaluation of initiatives mapped to capabilities and outcomes

**Responsibility**:
Support capability planning and investment by undertaking analysis across the portfolio including resource supply and demand analysis, financial analysis, and rick and issues analysis. Prepare portfolio reporting and benefits analysis reports.

Contribute to a wide range of program and portfolio documentation and respond to stakeholders.

Communicate effectively on portfolio performance and progress matters along with investment priorities.
