**About The Company**:
Our client is an established Australian company known for setting the standard for excellence across their organisation. With steady growth and expansion across their group, they are seeking an efficient, confident, and dynamic accounts professional to join their Finance Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end AP duties, including supplier invoice reconciliation using Great Plains/MS Dynamics AX
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Purchasing to ensure timely payment of accounts within agreed trading terms
- Enter quotes into the database system and monitor novated lease accounts
- Update expense entries and reconcile subcontractor invoices
- Assist with daily banking and other accounts duties as required

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a multi-company central account team
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in the use of Great Plains or similar software
- Seeking a long-term career in a dynamic company
