**About the Role**:
This role works within the Student Recruitment team who are responsible for building brand and reputation among prospective students and their influencers. Examples of the duties you may perform include:

- Coordinate, participate in, and support recruitment activities by delivering key events and programs such as school presentations, webinars, 1:1 consultations, expos, course information sessions, open days, etc
- Support University wide initiatives to improve enrolments
- Contributing to a calendar of engagement activities in conjunction with University Colleges and other areas, including TAFE and Pathways
- Provide accurate advice on courses, services, admissions policies and procedures, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and problem solving skills

**This is a full-time fixed term position offered at a HEP 6 classification, with salary range being $85,667- $92,728 plus 17% superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week.**

**About You**:
We are looking for a motivated and authentic team member who can display both creative thinking and strong organisational skills with a flair for communication. You will be excited about the opportunity of delivering personalised advice to prospective students from diverse backgrounds and committed to high quality customer service. You will be curious to explore and test ways to better engage with prospective students and have previous experience in sales, marketing, account management and event management. A willingness to collaborate, work within a team, problem solve and a commitment to delivering tangible results will all be highly valued as would an understanding of the TAFE and Higher Education sector.
