**About the Role**:
**An example of the duties you may perform are**:

- Make day-to-day decisions requiring evaluation of a range of options, providing accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive information or referral to alternative sources of assistance
- Access and update information within relevant University databases and systems, including credit portal and VTAC systems.

**This is a Full time, Continuing position (36.75 hours per week) HEP Level 5 classification with salary range of $73,852 - $84,831 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.**

**About You**:

- Well-developed administrative and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders, students, and team members.
- Demonstrated experience in having used online systems such as Student One or Oracle Service Cloud.
