- Permanent role based in Sydney CBD, with flexible work from home policy
- High impact role which involved cross-functional partnership with key Senior Executives.
- $140k - $160k Base + Super + Bonus (range pending experience)

**Overview of the role**

The primary focus of this role is to:

- Manage pricing and commercial strategies for the Group's lending products
- Ownership of P/L and monitoring performance for the lending portfolio to identify and drive better business outcomes
- Develop commercial models and analysis to enable strategic decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align product vision and objectives
- Support the Markets team to deliver on strategies, promotion and other features

**Your background**
- CA, CFA or CPA qualified
- Experience in Finance related functions, product management and/or financial services products
- Problem solver, with financial modelling experience is advantageous
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be a champion for growth
