**Your new role**

As a Progress Draws Production Team Member, you will be working as part of a large and distinguished team across the Mortgage Operations unit. Your role will involve, but will not be limited to:

- Assisting customers, bankers and brokers in all areas relating to the construction stages of their home/investment loans
- Handling construction files until customer contribution is exhausted
- Liaising with lenders and brokers
- Completing all document verification
- Complex data processing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Utilise analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to effectively resolve a customer’s enquiry in relation to the construction of their loan.
- Motivation and commitment to personal development and professional excellence

- Actively participate in helping the team achieve its goals
- Accountability to take responsibility to see things through to conclusion and deliver on promises
- Highly proficient computer skills/tech-savvy
- Previous experience in this role or similar will be highly regarded
