**Team Member - Mortgage Operations**

**Support Customers in moments that matter**

**How will I help?**

As a Mortgage Operations Team Member, your role will entail:

- Answering Inbound calls via our Builders Hotline Undertaking investigations and ensuring customer
- up where necessary
- Liaising with our stakeholders and Concentrix Bangalore Progress Draws team
- Making invoice payments
- Actioning of daily BAU reports

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Balanced decision-making
- Adherence to regulations
- Experience in a similar role within the banking or financial industry (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
