**Your new role**

As a Progress Drawers Invoicing Team Member, you will be working as part of a large and distinguished team across the Mortgage Operations unit. Your role will involve, but will not be limited to:

- Assisting customers, bankers and brokers in all areas relating to the construction stages of their home/investment loans
- Answer inbound calls from their Builders Hotline
- Undertaking investigations and ensuring customer follow up where necessary
- Actioning daily reports
- Managing and investigating customer enquiries
- Completing complex invoice payments
- Excellent call flow management and efficient response to queries and requests
- Prior experience in a contact centre-based role is required

- Ability to identify and respond to risk
- Ability to utilise analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to effectively solve for customer’s loan requirements.

- Ability to collaborate and work with others towards a common goal in an open and inclusive manner.
- Sharing knowledge and experiences with others and leveraging common knowledge to achieve objectives
