**About the Role**

Reporting to the leadership team at our Modbury store, you will be responsible for accepting donations (treasures) on behalf of our charity partners. You will wow our donors with your gratitude, helping them understand how their donation makes a difference and educating them on the wonderful work of our charity partners. A typical day might include:

- Accepting donations (treasures) on behalf of our charity partners
- Meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story with them to ensure they receive excellent service and have a meaningful Savers experience
- Sorting donations
- Pricing, grading and hanging product so that it is ready to head out onto our retail floor
- Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
- Supporting our safety culture
- Proudly embracing our purpose to Champion Reuse
- Recyclers are also required to unload trucks and operate industrial equipment including balers, bin lifters and walkie stackers.

**About You**

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

- Production Team Members will have availability Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm
- Community Donation Centre Ambassadors and Sales Assistants will have availability for part-time hours - Monday to Sunday

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment - you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
