**dtb** seek a dynamic and creative Marketing and Media Co-Ordinator to join our close-knit team. Your role will be full-time Monday through Friday supporting a variety of clients with delivery of exceptional client care and attention to detail.
**ABOUT THE ROLE **
The Marketing and Media Co-Ordinator is responsible for liaising with clients directly and media suppliers across various digital and print marketing platforms. The role involves managing multiple digital marketing channels, ensuring client brand consistency, and collaborating with key stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and conversion. We want to work with a detail-oriented person who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage projects independently, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **
- **Drive marketing initiatives -** Develop and implement comprehensive media schedules to support the clients’ goals and objectives.
- **Maintain brand identity and consistency -** Ensure all marketing efforts align with the clients’ brand guidelines.
- **Manage external suppliers -** Oversee relationships with external suppliers and other to execute marketing campaigns and ensure strategic objectives align.
- **Coordinate workflow - **Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure marketing activities are executed on time and align with overall strategies.
- **Content development and management - **Lead the creation and management of content that resonates with the clients’ audience.
- **Stay updated on trends -** monitor and adapt to digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
- **Manage planning documents and calendars - **Maintain planning documents and calendars to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and monitor budgets to ensure the cost-effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- **Analyse and report performance -** Track, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
**Qualifications**
**ABOUT YOU **
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
- Excellent project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the confidence to work with external clients.
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.
- Proficient using the Microsoft and Adobe suites.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
