We are looking for an experienced Talent Advisor to join one of our health care clients. This is an initial 12 month contract with the potential to extend.

**Your key responsibilities will include**
- End-to-end recruitment
- writing and posting position advertisements
- reviewing resumes
- short-listing
- phone screening
- interview scheduling
- Collaborate, communicate, and develop relationships with key practice stakeholders across our group and provide advice on best practice recruitment activities
- Collaborate on projects within the People and Culture team as well as the broader business

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in internal recruiting and sourcing
- Strong administrative skills with prior experience using ATS and/or HRIS systems
- Team-orientated with experience working in a collaborative environment
- Be proactive, accountable and self-driven
- Have advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
