We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a part-time casual Door-to-Door Marketing Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand our client base in the commercial cleaning industry.

**How the Job Works**:
As a Door-to-Door Marketing Representative, you will visit local businesses to promote our commercial cleaning services. Your main objective is to engage with decision-makers, understand their cleaning service needs, and offer our services as the ideal solution. You'll use marketing materials and special offers to persuade potential clients to secure a cleaning contract with us. After each visit, you'll document the details for follow-up and tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door visits to identify and engage potential commercial clients.
- Promote our commercial cleaning services through direct, face-to-face interactions.
- Customise your approach to offer our services with clients' specific needs.
- Secure contracts and grow our client base.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in door-to-door marketing or fundraising activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proven skill in convincing people to buy a product or service.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
- Flexible scheduling with no more than 15 hours per week.
- Opportunities for increased hours and responsibilities based on performance.
- Supplementary pay, including commission and performance bonuses.

**Job Type**: Casual, performance based. Continued employment depends on achieving targets and performance standards. Bonuses are available based on success.
