Job Description

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective planning and execution.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.

- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Sales Representative should have:

- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

- Proficiency in preparing proposals and presentations.

- Good understanding of sales processes and strategies.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Sydney.

- Competitive base salary of approximately $80,000-$85,000 AUD.

- 12% Superannuation, a $17,000 vehicle allowance, and monthly commission.
