**THE COMPANY**
ACI Home Care is an approved provider of home care services to older people who receive support through the Commonwealth Government’s Home Care Package (HCP) program and Carers Gateway.

Operating across South West and Western Sydney, we support a large client base from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Facilities include a respite house, daycare centre, activity hub, and accessible minibus.

**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a Home Care Manager (Clinical Lead) who has the energy, experience and leadership skills to drive the business through a period of growth.

Accountabilities include:

- Lead and grow a financially viable home care service with a focus on quality care and clinical excellence.
- Ensure the safe and effective delivery of services that are compliant with the Home Care Package program operational guidelines, aged care legislation and clinical standards.
- Provide oversight of the home care and nursing teams, and subcontracted services.
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance.
- Nurture a positive and accountable team culture.
- Develop systems that ensure clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage client experience and satisfaction.
- Lead regular staff meetings and Chair the monthly Senior Management Team meeting.
- Track and report key program and financial data to the Managing Director.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven team leadership skills and a sound understanding of clinical governance, Home Care Packages, Aged Care Quality Standards and consumer rights.
- Experience in the assessment, planning and management of care for older clients or patients.
- Organisational capabilities to steer ACI Home Care through a period of rapid development and growth.
- Financial literacy with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and financial targets
- IT skills and demonstrated experience in client or patient management software.
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to be flexible according to the needs of the clients and service. This includes initially supporting the team with clinical assessments and reviews, working between the office and community based locations, and managing emergency out-of-hours situations as they arise.
- Current NSW Driver’s license and comprehensive insurance

The Home Care Manager (Clinical Lead) is a newly developed position and is available immediately.
