The Regional Manager QantasLink Airports is responsible for the leadership and management of airport operations across various regional and capital city ports in Victoria and Tasmania. You will be accountable for the safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of operations across the portfolio which will primarily be achieved through the Supplier Management of Ground Service Providers, both internal and external, and collaboratively working with other QantasLink suppliers including local airport authorities. The role is responsible for embedding the standards for ground operations and ensure assurance oversight to achieve quality and operational performance metrics and compliance to safety, security, environment, and cyber requirements.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of changes within the Victorian and Tasmanian ports including new fleet introductions, infrastructure upgrades, IT enhancements and new suppliers as well as drive continuous improvements across the operation.

You’ll have
- Post graduate level qualifications or equivalent operational experience.- Extensive experience and knowledge of airline and airport operations is essential.- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing and leading high performing teams.- Supplier Management experience and Customer Relationship Management experience- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of collaboration across business units, functions, and teams.- Strong influencing skills, resilience, and a proven ability to navigate complexity in an ever-changing operational environment.- An understanding of business fundamentals, with a proven customer centric approach through anticipating evolving customer needs and acting on them at an individual level.- Demonstrated expertise in appropriate project management tools and in exercising judgement in cause and effect / problem-solving thinking.
