About the Role
As a QantasLink Simulator Instructor, you’ll deliver comprehensive training on Q400 full flight simulators and synthetic flight training devices at our Qantas Flight Training Centre in Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for conducting type rating, command, remedial, and recency training for QantasLink flight crew.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience conducting simulator training in approved synthetic fixed-base and full-motion simulators
- A commitment to delivering high standards of training and development
- Strong flight expertise and knowledge of multi-crew flying operations
- Thorough understanding of Regulations, Civil Aviation Orders, CASRs, and Advisory Circulars
- Frozen ATPL (highly desirable)
- Dash 8 type rating (highly desirable)
- Type Rating Instructor Rating (highly desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment (desirable)
